Repair and Restore

Some people like to repair and restore old things like cars or furniture as a hobby, but when it comes to repairing and restoring lives, God is the ultimate craftsman.  Not only does He make all things new, He makes them even better than before.  When God brings restoration to your life you’ll have purified motives, clearer focus and a holy passion to fuel your success.

Below are just a few of the benefits of God’s restoring work on your behalf:

Restored relationship with God – you’ll no longer be subjected to shame from past mistakes.  Relationship with your Heavenly Father brings liberty and peace.  Fueled by a holy passion, you’ll be free to pursue His agenda and live out His purpose for your life knowing that He’s on your side.

Repaired relationships with others – when God’s forgiveness touches your life, and brings inner healing from past wounds and pain, you will be empowered to extend forgiveness to others.  When bitterness, fear and anxiety loose their grip, peace and forgiveness can freely flow and pave the way for relationships to be restored and made healthy.

Restoration of fractured hearts – only the love of God is powerful enough to bring complete healing and restoration to the broken hearted.  And when your heart has been touched by His love and grace, you will gain a fresh perspective.  When your heart is filled with God’s love, your motives will be purified and your life will be marked by humility and grace.

Repairing broken dreams – no longer held captive by confusion and despair, God’s work in this area will bring a fresh zeal and focus so you can pursue the dreams He has placed within you.  Even if you only have pieces of a dream left to work with, nothing is beyond God’s ability to repair and restore.   Seek the Lord for His perspective on those dreams and let Him fill you with a new purpose for them.

Biblical Perspective:  Isaiah 55:8* makes it very clear that God ways are beyond our natural ability to comprehend, “My thoughts are completely different from yours,” says the LORD. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine.”  When you’re doing life with God, His plans, perspective and purpose will take center stage.   God’s thoughts toward you are good and life with Him is an adventure as He repairs and restores the broken places and relationships in your life.  He’ll make them even better than before as you embrace the freedom to become all He has destined you to be.

Renew, Refresh and Refocus:  Where does forgiveness need to flow through you so you can be free from bitterness, fear and anxiety?  Where is your heart in need of a fresh perspective from God’s healing touch?  What long-forgotten dreams would you like to see God restore with new purpose and fresh vision?

I can help you sort through the maze of your past and gain clarity as you discover God’s restoration and how you can use your gifts, talents and past experience to launch you into a life of meaningful purpose.  My Clear Life Purpose coaching programs are designed with intentional, thoughtful questions that guide you into your very own personal revelations and “aha” moments.  Click here to find out how you can get started!
