As Certified Leadership Coach and Human Behavior Consultant my life and career experiences have been integrated and are being fully utilized. The profession of life coaching naturally unifies my Biblical and Theological training with the experience from my previous forms of employment and lay ministry. I partner with people who are ready to renew their passion, refresh their perspective and refocus their purpose by providing organized, thoughtful, results oriented coaching.
My primary focus is on personal leadership coaching because the most important person you will ever lead is yourself. I’ll help you move from where you are now to where you want to go by identifying your personal values, strengths and the passion that stirs your heart to take action. You already have the answers and my role is to help you harness them to achieve the dreams and goals that mean the most to you. Whether you’re a Christian in ministry or the marketplace, my coaching will help you set the course for your success.
As your coach, I am the objective person who believes in you so that you can believe in yourself and this is how I serve my clients best! I provide personal support, accountability and opportunities for brainstorming with me to really dig deep for those nuggets of gold that relate to your purpose and destiny in order to fully develop a plan of action and live it out.

Activites:
In October 2010, I co-created and have been actively co-leading the Be The One Community whose mission is to inspire people to make a difference in the world through personal leadership that infuses integrity, dignity and character. This is a collaborative enterprise that hosts a monthly dialog on twitter and the participants regularly share inspirational ideas on how to be the one who makes a difference in the world, beginning with your immediate sphere of influence.
Since 2009 I’ve been privileged to be a book reviewer for Thomas Nelson and Zondervan, two of the largest publishers of Christian literature worldwide.
Personal:
I live in North Carolina with my husband, two daughters and one precocious cat. I’m a coffee lover who enjoys reading, writing, listening to various types of music and connecting with great people through social media. I enjoy relaxing outside and can often be found riding my Sea-Doo on Lake Norman or enjoying an occasional round of golf.
My Story:
For years I had felt that there had to be something more to my life. Even as a Christian, I felt like my life was compartmentalized into various segments. And this didn’t make any sense to me. I couldn’t find the answers I was looking for from my pastor or the professors at Bible College. At various times they talked about things like God’s destiny and purpose for my life, having a mission statement and doing what was in my heart. But what did all that mean? I was clear about my purpose as it related to ministry or service, but how was I supposed to put it all together in order to integrate it in my everyday life? Even more confusing to me was wondering how would I know if I were on the right track, so I wouldn’t make a mistake. I believed what these people were saying was true, but it was all so vague… how was I supposed to make it work in my life?
When I learned about life coaching and discovered my own unique life purpose, all the pieces began to come together. No longer do I feel a disconnect between my personal life, my spiritual life and my vocational life. For me personally, I discovered my purpose was to become a life coach to other Christians. It is the perfect blending of my theological training and my natural tendency to coach others – which I was actually doing for years without realizing it! I like to refer to it as my vocational ministry. Conscientious Christians who want to live out their convictions and values by applying Biblical wisdom to their life plans and goals, can be confident that my focus is always to help them honor God with their life.
And now as a life coach I have been privileged to partner with some amazingly gifted clients, some who are in ministry, others who work in the marketplace and some who are now becoming entrepreneurs. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and just need to get over some hurdles or get to the bottom of what’s holding you back by gaining a new perspective, my daily e-Coaching can help you too.
