My mission is to encourage spiritual growth and purposeful living, as I coach people to become the person God created them to be.”

As an Author, Certified Leadership Coach and Human Behavior Consultant I help people people understand how their unique personality, life experience and a spiritual perspective can be used to help them honor their values and make positive life changes so they can live with purpose.  I enjoy public speaking and writing projects that allow me to share spiritual insights and self-leadership principles that have the power to transform people’s lives.  I am also the author of four life coaching devotional books.

My primary focus is on personal leadership coaching because the most important person you will ever lead is yourself.  I’ll help you move from where you are now to where you want to go by identifying your personal values, strengths and the passion that stirs your heart to take action.

As a life coach I have been privileged to partner with some amazingly gifted clients, some who are in ministry, others who work in the marketplace and those who are becoming entrepreneurs.  If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, and just need to get over some hurdles or get to the bottom of what’s holding you back by gaining a new perspective, my 10 week Life Coaching Devotionals will help you gain a fresh perspective for purposeful action.  Find out more here.

Education:

I’ve studied at Southeastern University, LIFE Bible College and The King’s College and Seminary (f.k.a. The King’s Institute).  I hold a diploma in Biblical and Theological Studies from The King’s Institute, which was founded by Dr. Jack Hayford.

I am a Certified Leadership Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), and have also received life coach training through The Path Coach Training Institute (PCTI).  Along with additional training from the Christian Coach Institute (CCI), I am also a Certified Human Behavior Consultant.

I regularly pursue continuing education, seminars and training to outfit my clients, students and readers with the most relevant teaching and coaching designed to help them succeed.  My ever-expanding reading library is full of resources that not only help me grow, but also provide a knowledge base that allows me to serve others effectively.

Advisory Board

As a professional coach, I consider it my responsibility to be well read, well advised, well connected and well trained as part of my continuing growth and education, so I can serve my clients to the best of my ability.  I want to let my clients and readers know that I am accountable to a group of faithful Christian leaders who provide oversight and guidance and they have the freedom to challenge me to become the best coach and leader I can be.  This truly is a God-inspired idea and an answer to my deep desire to provide a safety net so I can serve my clients to the best of my ability while managing my business with insight, wisdom and counsel from mature Christian’s who are also knowledgeable about business and leadership.  The benefit of their years of experience is truly amazing!
