Your Best Learning Style

Everyone has a unique learning style and understanding your best method of learning will give you a competitive edge when it comes to personal growth and implementing new concepts.  Traditional learning methods can be limiting and there are a variety of methods that offer a holistic approach to learning, growth and retention.

Here are just a few of the non-traditional methods you may want to consider for yourself.

Intuitive Learning:  This method is often self-directed.  It’s also often very successful because you tend to choose the method that is compatible with your natural learning style.  This type of learning lends itself to creative activities that often provide the fuel you need for a new and innovative approach to problem solving.  Keep in mind that intuitive learning often needs structure and accountability for the best results.

Experiential Learning: Results from real life situations are often the most memorable learning experiences!  Sometimes it’s the school of hard knocks and sometimes it’s the bliss of success from a risk taken.  Either way, these methods of learning are valuable tools in your knowledge bank, but the lessons must be solidified and integrated for lasting impact.

Feedback Learning:  Feedback is a wonderful opportunity to see your situation through a new perspective.  This method is popular in ministry and the marketplace.  It’s also a great way to think outside of the box and generate new ideas and strategies to keep you focused and moving forward with those insights.  Feedback can be very valuable as long as it comes from a supportive and nurturing perspective.

Life Coach Learning:  This method facilitates the process of self-discovery where the focus is on you.  As an impartial partner who has your best interest in mind, you’ll be asked thought provoking questions and receive encouragement, accountability and collaborative feedback to help you get further in less time!  As a result, you’ll be better positioned to lead yourself and others.

Spiritual Perspective:  You are a tri-part person and your spiritual growth is a necessary part of a holistic approach to learning and living your best life.  Spending time in God’s word and feeding your spirit is the primary way to know God, and that can be amplified with God-focused music and worship, by enjoying the solitude and handiwork of His creation, in an attitude of reverence in a majestic cathedral or by partnering with others in pursuits that bring honor to Him.  Any activity that allows you to grow spiritually, experience God’s presence and bring glory to Him is a valid and worthwhile part of your spiritual growth plan.

Put your learning to good use and make a lasting impact!  With me as your personal coach you’ll have the structure and accountability to support your learning and discovery process.  I offer three distinctive coaching opportunities with my Clear Life Purpose™ programs.  If you’re ready to experience life on purpose and pursue your dreams you can get started here!
